HAULED WASTEWATER DISCHARGE PERMIT APPLICATION

The Washington Township Municipal Authority (WTMA) has established a program to provide for the environmentally safe disposal of septic and holding tank wastewaters. For more Information concerning Discharge Permit Policies and Procedures, click here.

RIGHT TO KNOW POLICY *

The Washington Township Municipal Authority, in accordance to the Right-to-Know Law, Act 3 of 2008, shall provide public records upon request. Therefore, any record in the possession of the Authority shall be presumed to be a public record, except those outlined in the Right-to-Know Policy.

WATER SEWER CONNECTION APPLICATION *

Application for a permit to construct and connect property buildings to water and/or sewer service laterals of the Washington Township Municipal Authority (WTMA) and/or Sewer Systems.

TENANT AUTHORIZATION LETTER *

Letter to request the Authority to bill water and/or sewer directly to the tenant.

WATER TURN OFF REQUEST FORM *

Form to request the Authority to turn off water at a specified address.

METER REMOVAL REQUEST FORM *

Form to request the Authority to remove the water meter at a specified address.

LABOR & EQUIPMENT RENTAL FEE RATES

Effective July 21, 2009 - Washington Township Municipal Authority Labor & Equipment Rental Fee Rates.

DIRECT DEBIT/ACH & CREDIT CARD FORMS

The WTMA is now able to charge your credit card or draft funds directly from a checking or savings account on the 15th of each billing month.
(Billing Months: Nov, Feb, May, Aug)

Registration is required for this FREE service, and a voided check must be attached if choosing to use Direct Debit/ACH.

All forms must be submitted by the 15th prior to each billing month.
(Billing Months: Nov, Feb, May, Aug)
